The Position: We’re looking for a Part-Time Community Team Memberable to work with a diverse group of members and non-members to include coworkers, coworker guests, clients, and vendors. The primary responsibility of a Hub Community Team Member is to support The Hub’s growing community in any way possible as you are the first point of contact for our current members, potential members, customers, and staff.

- Must be able to think creatively and figure things out.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented.
- Must be firm, consistent, and dependable.
- Must be able to anticipate customers’ and Hub’s needs.
- Must be ready and willing to take the Beer & Wine Seller-Server certification course.
- Experience in customer service or administrative background preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Take questions and reservations for coworking and meeting/event spaces.
- Guide Hub tours for potential members and/or event reservations.
- Managing members and client payments, subscriptions, and refunds.
- Assisting team members with beverage and food orders at the Hub Beverage Bar.
- Keep The Hub clean and orderly.
- Supervise Hub Beverage Bar team members.
- Assisting other team members with daily tasks, programs, and/or events.
- Prep Reception/Training Space for events.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Salary: Barter Agreement and/or Hourly Commensurate with Experience
Sententia Vera Cultural Hub is one of the first green buildings constructed by a group of environmentalists, community members of Dripping Springs, and the Central Texas Hill Country. The Hub’s construction includes a metal frame + roof, walls of straw bales + stucco, with a 40K-gallon rainwater harvesting system. It is nestled among a grove of oak and cedar trees at the entrance of a friendly neighborhood.
