Project Management Lite for Small Business Using project management tools and processes is often seen as applicable only for larger projects. Small businesses may have smaller scale projects but they have unique challenges of their own. What is needed is a method that focuses on the essential steps and doesn’t waste time on overkill. We will outline the essential ingredients to manage small projects to successfully deliver project results.
