CoWorking Space Details

Sententia Vera Cultural Hub is one of the first green buildings constructed by a group of green-minded artisans and community members of Dripping Springs and the Hill Country. The building was constructed out of straw bales, stucco, and metal, with a 5000-gallon rainwater harvesting system. The original builder, Keith Miller, dropped by during our remodeling project and happy to report that the straw continues to be in great condition, proud of his 20+ year old labor! This made Sententia Vera, LLC very confident of its new digs. Sententia Vera, LLC has continued the earth-conscious vibes and has reuse, repurposed, and recycled as much material as possible in the remodeling project.

Sententia Vera Cultural Hub is nestled in the Hill Country of Central Texas. Set at the entrance of a friendly neighborhood, the 1.5 acres provides for indoor work space, as well as half an acre dedicated to an outdoor patio and natural work environment.

In addition, her broad perspective has been invaluable in improving our ability to remain focused for both the immediate and longer term needs of our organization. Her ability to subjectively compartmentalize our strengths and weaknesses has been invaluable in aiding our continued focus on fulfilling our mission.
